how do redemption cards work?

are these cards that are pulled randomly out of a pack?

if so, do you send it in and are given said card?

how long does it usually take and does it arrive in a top loader of some sort to preserve its condition?

3) Times vary considerably. I have gotten some redemptions within weeks, while others have taken over a year. All the redemption cards I have received have been sent in top loaders.

Thanks! Some seem to have codes... how do those work?

I am not aware of any redemptions with codes..I know Upper Deck has codes on some of their cards that you can get rewards with online, but that's the extent of my knowledge regarding card codes.

Although, there will be times when you send in a redemption and the company either never produced the card or ran out and will send you a replacement of "equal" value.

I think the UD codes are for UDKids. ;)
