eric gordon or dj augustin?

Gordon is a stud in the making, but I think DJ will be a star as well.

Pure point guard DJ's the man (I may be a little biased though :P). He needs to get more time on the court for the Bobcats though to really start shining.

Tough to compare the 2 because they play different positions but this is my offering:
Gordon = better slasher, dunker, defender
Augustin = better passer, shooter, basketball IQ
I like Augustin alot because he played big in college and has heart.
Gordon is super-athletic but needs to work on his overall game like turn-overs, passing, defense, etc.
Overall I would chose Augustin IMO

Augustin is definately not a better shooter than EJ. EJ has unlimited range, too.
Eric Gordon is definately the better player now and will always be. He's a superstar waiting to happen if he can just get off the bad luck Clippers team. No way does D.J. Augustin come close to Gordon.

Right now Gordon has a better chance to be a star in terms of minutes and position.
DJ on the other hand is stuck behind Felton but given the chance he has shown flashes here and there.
Also point guard is the harder position to learn b/c they are the leaders on the court and have more responsibilities. Shooting guards really only have to focus on scoring.

Gordan has more potential to be star like. He reminds me of Ben Gordan....
DJ is a pure point guard.
