    What workouts help your hops?

Ok so as some of you know ive been working out pretty hard for the last few weeks. And now im about 4 inches or so away from the rim (10ft rim). Anyways, does anybody know any work outs that help your legs and thighs? i know the workouts that are called "Burpies" or something like that. Any help appreciated. thanx! :)

Squats and calf raises...simple stuff, but they'll work all parts of your legs.

Be careful with the weights on your ankles. You can get injured pretty easy

Calf raises are good. When it gets too easy put some weights on top. Weights around the ankles is okay, didn't work that well on me. Calf raises and squats. I also tried to do squats on my tippy toes (with lighter weight of course). Don't know if it helps or if it was dangerous but I used to do that every once and awhile in the weight room when I played hoops.

ITs more than just leg lifts

Try doing Squats or Cleans, those really make you strong, Im going into 9th grade and I weigh 165 and I can squat 300. Also running or doing aerobics really helps
