I've never heard of eTopps before. I've googled it and found that it is sort of like trading stocks, where the cards are virtual and you trade them back and forth with the option of having them delivered to you.

Has anyone used this system before? id like to know more about it and how it compares to physical cards. Obviously it makes it much easier to trade/sell, but how would you determine the value or rarity of the card?

One thing i noticed is the delivery prices are a bit high for a single card ($4.25).

etopps is actual card but they keep them for you and you can either sell them on ebay or trade them, or when the cards are produced you can have them sent to you.

some etopps go for outrageos prices...like the obama card cost like 8 bucks and sold a few days later on ebay for 80+ so at times they are good...plus if you hold on to some they offer autos of cards limited to like 100 copys but you have to have the card in your portfolio. i have 2 complete sets of the world baseball classic collection headed my way in the mail.

I might check these out. In the end, though, my money is going towards Round 2.

Yeah, it looks like it may be worth it for investment purposes, but it doesn't sound nearly as fun as having things in hand when you buy it. But i may buy a few based on what fighters they have, as well as card design and price.
