Keep in mind that they are also in the prossess of moving customer service back to Carlsbad so some things may be getting lost in the shuffle including employees. I am not by any means standing up for upperdeck because their record has been less than stellar but sometimes things get worse before they get better.

I was going to send you Barry's direct email but since qwas beat me to it, that's all taken care of. Regarding the move, as I understand that's completed now isn't it? They were doing that a couple months back when I put in my submission for replacements (incidentally, they sent the exact same damaged cards back!) - I haven't heard of too many moves that take months at a time.

Indeed UD will NOT do anything for you! I didn't receive redemption that the redemption site says has been shipped which is the Vincent Lecavalier SP Champs Mini Signature. I haven't even bothered calling them because it is a pain in my you know what to talk to the you know whats at Upper Deck. Card is worth $50 as well according to another useless company called Beckett. Probably my top 4 hated companies are Ebay, Upper Deck, Microsoft, and Beckett.
