Is this an Error???
Have a look at this card, it's a 08-09 SP Game Used Authentic Fabrics Patches Duos /25 Pavol Demitra and Steve Bernier. Notice the Demitra piece really looks like it came off a San Jose Sharks Jersey where Demitra had never played. Am I off in saying that this looks like a error patch card? maybe two Bernier patches? Thanks for looking and for your opinion.

No, the swatches are just in the wrong places. The one by Bernier is a Blues JSY and the one by Demitra is a Sharks JSY, both are their fromer teams.
So, technically it is an error card, but the swatches are from the pictured players, just not in the right place.

No, I'm positive, it makes sense. UD does this a lot. Bernier wouldn't have any Canucks or Sabres JSY cards yet. Demitra, UD is still trying to get rid of him, they haven't put him in much lately.

I mean, it COULD BE, but you gotta admit, mine makes sense. Demitra played for the Blues not too long ago and we know how UD LOVES using old stuff.

That's too dark blue to be from a Blues patch, most of them are this color blue:

The Bernier patch is from a Sabres jersey. Like geschrocks said, the blue is too dark. The Blues only used a navy color jersey this year as their third jersey. So I doubt UD had the patches flipped.Last edited by oilfan10; 07-10-2009 at 03:46 AM. Reason: spelling error

Okay, just an initial thought. I mean, the only reason I REALLY did say that is because it's UD. If it had been ITG I would have said that it was Sabres all the way and the Demitra is an ASG patch or something.
