Yes, it is in Good condition. I would say nearly Mint.
The auto is a little rarer too, since he signed it on the side opposed to the bottom where all the other autos from 97 Donruss Signature were signed.

I tried to find a recent pricing on Beckett.com, but got an error message on the screen so the most recent pricing I have from (May 04 Beckett Magazine) is $20 , so I would sell it for $6 shipped.
