Question on my box break-DAMAGED

last week I broke a box of artifacts 08-09.
was pretty happy with the hits but all the cards were damaged. All the inserts/base/parellels and even the 2 patches i got.
Should I send a letter to UD ?
what would they do? ask me to send everything back?

lmk what should I do!

Yowch. That's not good. I'd first ask the hobby shop if the box/case maybe got dropped, or is it readily obvious that it's factory damage? If it's for sure factory damage, best bet is to call the 1-800 number, explain the situation, and get yourself a case #. They'll ask you to send in the cards, do so along with a letter and your case # for them to refer it to. Hopefully they'll actually send you proper replacements (if not card for card, possibly a new box altogether) rather than just send you back your damaged cards like they did with me.

yeah...i dont know exactly. I dont know if I'm willing to take the risk to send my cards and never see anything again.
I had trouble with one redemption...cant imagine with a whole box...i'll have to try my luck I guess...
