    Ridiculous shipping time

Bought a nice EJ plate for my PC:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&it em=200344020738

    Paid via PayPal on 06/20.

Been wondering where it is...did it come in and I misplaced it?

Spent a couple hours looking for it in the usual places around the house, my office, etc.

Was planning on contacting the seller Monday.

Received an email Friday night stating the item had been shipped. No explanation or apology for the delay.

21 days to SHIP the card - not 21 days to RECEIVE the card - 21 DAYS TO SHIP, yes SHIP!

I realize mistakes happen, I've made them myself - but I've always communicated the mistake and have done my best to remedy the situation.

OK, I'm done. I've ranted. I feel better. Thanks for listening.

Wow, 3 weeks is very unacceptable. I guess one thing to look forward to is that the actual shipping time shouldn't be a lot since it doesn't have to go through customs.

wow.. i feel bad if i don't get it out in three days... three weeks is just sloth like..

ebay should institute a slapping mechanism for feedback.. no more negatives, you can just click "slap seller", and each seller/buyer will have a little number beside their name noting how many times they've been slapped...

I like this slap feature. When is it coming to reality?

oh, you guys like it? well my idea goes on...

you must have flash animation activated on your browser in order to use ebay from now on. if perhaps, you have been slapped, after logging in, as if it was a large 75% screen flash add, you are slapped by an animated hand coupled by a powerful smacking sound.

the hand then shakes its finger at you, you are taken to a screen with the text explaining why you got slapped..

    i think it works

    That's what I thought!

However, the card just came TODAY!

According to the return address, Hockeytown, USA is also known as Blainville, Quebec, Canada lol!

    Nice card though!
