I've had pit passes at California Speedway. There you are allowed along pit wall and along the garage fence. Friday has usually been the best day. I get me a spot along pit out - usually were drivers walk out to pit road for qualifying. Many of the drivers will stop & sign autographs on the way out. I've gotten a lot of autographs that way. Occasionally drivers will come over to the garage fence to sign - but not real often.

California Speedway requires long pants, covered shoulders {no tank tops} and closed shoes {no sandals} It's a long walk around the track & through the tunnel to the pits - don't get all the way there in the wrong clothes!!!

If you are under 18 years old you need to check age requirements. I don't think some places will let you in the pits if you are under 18.

I've had pit passes at Richmond and Pocono....Pocono is awesome for having them, because you can stand right behind the garage fences, and a lot of the time, the big name drivers will sign over there at the fence for the fans. Richmond was nice, but nowhere near as nice as Pocono.

Garage passes are available to the public but they're only available for purchase through the teams. Contact Roush Fenway since that's their home track and find out if they'll sell them to you. Full weekend Cup HOT garage passes are over $700 but dang well worth it.
