2003 UD Sweet Spot Hobby Box break MOJO!

    Hello!
I bought a box of 2003 ud sweet spot baseball on ebay for $20 plus $10 shipping so $30. I got it this cheap because the seller was a card shop in Chicago and this was an open hobby box with 12 hobby packs (basically leftovers from what packs he couldn't sell separtely) I knew this but I thought what the hell for only 20 bucks right? Anyway:

(I'll only list the rookies and patch cards):

    Rookies:
Nathan Bland from the Astros 1736/2003
Josh Hall from the Reds 1559/2003

    Sweet Spot Patches:
    Adam Dunn
    Alfonso Soriano

    Sweet Beginnings Rookie Patch:
Willie Eyre from the Twins 326/1430

    and the MOJO.....

    Sweet Spot Swatches game-used jersey:

Alfonso Soriano 2-color with pinstripe and #2/75!

The odds of pulling a jersey are 1:24 and this is tier 2 and numbered to 75 so I feel great.

In conclusion, this was 30 bucks well spent. The patch cards are very nice and so is the jersey. The base set is also very nice. All cards are for trade or sale. If anyone needs base lmk and I'll give them up for cc. Sorry for the long post

    Thanks Zoltan

Very nice bust, Im surprised you got that much. Usually with these they open up until the auto and jersey are pulled.

    Hello!
I was suspcious of that but once I found out that this guy had a hobby store, I believed that he didn't really care about that and just kept selling packs at his store while there was demand and then just put 12 hobby packs together and sold them not really caring about what's in the packs.
BTW each pack had a decoy card and you'd think that you could tell the difference between a normal pack and a pack that had the bigger and heavier jersey card plus the decoy rather than 4 base cards and the decoy but you can't that probably saved my Soriano from pack feelers. Guess I'm just lucking!

    Thanks Zoltan

Not bad for the $30, I guess. I could use any Mariners cards that you pulled from those packs.
