    Not gonna happen, too difficult for one player to stand out in a game with 7 foot plus men.

    I don't want to say never, but with the way the game is played today I don't see it. I suppose if the rules of the game continue to evolve it might happen. If the NBA adopts the rim rule used in international play it might make it more probable for a very dominant and athletic big man. The other team would have to be at a serious size disadvantage. Lots of "if's" there.

    I also voted no. If someone did break the record though, I don't think it would be done in 48 minutes. I think they would need several overtimes to pull down 56 or more rebounds.
