The Prospecting Bug Has Bitten Me.
After finishing the construction of my bucket, I noticed I had very little to show for current propects, I do follow many of the men in the Minors, so I decided to make these weeks, the focus of my Rockies collecting:
We'll start with a veteran, Scott was with the Rockies for a year and I'm glad they created some cards to note that year. I'm glad he's now where he calls home.
Alright for the prospects: Aneury, I know nothing of this man, so I admit there are prospects in the Rockies system that are strangers to me.
I love when players inscribe their NOBs with the inclusion of their sig., even if the NOB will most likely not be a static thing, pending a trip to the Bigs that is.
I don't see a bright future for Wilin, we'll see...
Brandon Hynick, another stranger.
Ah, Chris Nelson: Once a highly priced prospect, is now an enigma as he tries to regain stock from an injured past.

Greg Reynolds: He came up last year, he was apart of that Marlins/Rockies slug fest on July 4th - Best game in Rockies history.
Chaz Roe. One of my most current, favored, Rocks prospect. Good luck Roe.
Charlie Blackmon, another one of my favorites.
The Great Pickup of 09, Jason Marquis All-Star. Not a Prospect, but he has some great on-card autos.

And finally, Christian Friedrich. I've been following this pitcher since the 2008 Draft, I can't wait for his appearence, he's been slowed down by surgery, but I'm not too worried.

That's great. I hope the bat has/had some tar? A family member of mine collects GU bats and I can appreciate a dirty, scuffled bat.

Hm? I thought about that, but I just cannot resist a good card from a current Rockie, I think I'll just include them at a much more considerate pace. Even so, I've collected Christian Friedrich and others since their professional debut. By the by, That Johan patch on your avatar is incredible, hopefully,you still have it on your PC?!
