I actually mostly agree with Yanksfan...

But I will hold off on making too many further comments, as it will just result in people getting hot-headed over the deception of the dichotomy of Reps vs. Dems. I see a majority of posters here taking it upon themselves to further divide the issues under such pretenses. That's what the parties want us to do. Yet here many continue on, posting nasty comments against each other because our perspectives have become so engrained with the advancement of party politics, which has been irrevocably been transferred onto the people as agents of party beliefs forced upon them.

    That is all.

Very, very wise man--in many instances above.

YOU have respect?..then you should respect those of us that have served and keep your mouth shut.

I thought you, oh brave hero, gave me the right to have an opinion? I WILL NOT respect one who uses his military experience as a force in debate. It's actually quite pathetic.

but I see you have the democratic donkey as your avatar, so you will defend a democratic buddy instead of the truth.

I suppose I should comment on this as well. Don't judge a member by his or her avatar. Just because I'm a Democrat doesn't mean I ever have/will vote Republican. In fact, had Huckabee or Romney been in McCain's place, I would have likely voted for him (as I'm sure I've stated), but you wouldn't know that, as you only came into the forum because you got this sudden burst of pride that you wanted to flaunt.
