How Rare is this Jerry Rice card?

I was just going through about 90 Raider inserts that were ALL #ed under 100 that I bought off ebay for 15 dollars about November last year. Some very rare and cool cards. I was looking through and was going to write to Jerry Rice #1 collector to see if he needed a few Rice's when I found this:




I saw a signature, i thought at first someone messed the card up. But then there is a COA from the graphic designer of Fleer and she autographed the card. I think it is pretty neat, has anyone else seen this?

yeah I had one of I think it was Tiki barber...it was something different not sure a player collector would care if its not rices auto..But i think its cool!! hope that helps..
