    looking for help on BV of a card...

    Question on the Ultra 04 Football Rookies.
    Lucky13 Medallions...these are less than the regular issues??
    I just find that strange but if so, I will deal with it.
    Any response is greatly appreciated.

    Yes, it's true...the main reason is that the Gold Medallions were produced in a larger quantity than the rookies so that the rookies could maintain value, especially the Lucky 13 rookies which were #ed to 500...
