Well its a subject that people don't like to talk about here, but there are ways that people can go into a retail store, "feel" all the packs and know which ones have the hits in them and which ones don't and leave all the other packs for the other customers and they don't have a chance to get anything good. Or sometimes they buy packs, take out the good cards, reseal the packs up with an iron or some sort and return them to the store and get his for free

theres a weasel that i see at the local flea market that brags every weekend bout what he got all week feelin packs. he has a whole two sided box with g/u and autos in penny sleeves all of the time(not even adding the better cards he pulls are in another box). it's crazy though, they can feel the topps stickers on the back of autos so no "hits" are safe. he can even feel through the single packs that are sealed in a cardboard/blister pack for autos and game used.

it has something to do with having sensitive fingers or something. there are two guys in the area that i know of that are flawless at it. i dont get it either. i've tried to put an auto back in a pack after pulling it knowing its i there and i still cant find it
