I downloaded turboLister to sell things faster. Then I list 3 things as a fixed price listing so BIN/BO type deal. Then when I try to upload it to ebay it says: Error you cannot upload fixed price listings. So I say ok I'll try to open up an ebay store. When I click on it it says I have to have an active seller's account to own a store. Yes I am new to ebay and am lost now.
