Kudos to Upper Deck
I always call companies out when they screw something up. So I'm going to do the right thing and pat them on the back when they get it right.
I was missing a hit from a box of Masterpieces just around July 4th. So I did the usual thing and sent in a letter. I received a package today with a Marques Colston SPX Auto. If you know the autos that usually come out of Masterpieces, you would know that Colston is a serious uprgade. Plus he's one of my favorite players.

wow im glad they hgelped you out im mailing in my letter tomrrow im missing 2 hits from spa from 2 boxes either a rookie patch auto or lettermen didnt get either one in any of teh 2 boxes

What all did you have to send in? Did you have to include your receipt or UPC?

Well good luck with the SPA. That's some high end stuff so I hope you come out OK but I worry.
You have to call first and they give you a case number. They will ask you to include a letter explaining what happened, the receipt and the hologram from the box. I also included the UPC and a couple of empty packs because that is what I had been asked to do in the past.

Nicee! Lucky this isn't basketball or you'd probablly get stuck with some topps signature if you were dealing with topps haha.
