This is a 1st for me...Im shocked.
I sold a card on the bay last Sunday the guy pays me Wed or Thursday I ship the card Sat morning he begins emailing me Mon where is my card then Tuesday another one and I responded by saying the card has been shipped I have d/c give it some time and today he opens a dispute!! WTH?! I asked him he cant even wait 1 week before opening a dispute!!
People make me sick.

LOL, sounds like he is going to try and get a refund. Luckily you have DC so he will lose the PayPal claim.

He is ticking me off claiming I never responded to his emails which is a lie

Yes, that is messed up! I thought you couldn't even open a dispute in that time frame.
Don't sweat it though. He's not worth the time.

Many years ago I sold an item on eBay and it ended on a Sunday Night...and I mean LATE Sunday Night (something like 11:00 pm).
The guy paid, using PayPal, within a few minutes of the auction ending! So I'm thinking...great buyer!
Early the next morning I was receiving emails from him wanting to know if the item had shipped. When I say "emails" I mean emails! His first one was around 6:00 am and the last was around 8:00 am. With a couple in between.
Just my 2 cents.....

He makes you wait for the payment but then complains about the shipping time. Incredible!

Update: He emailed me saying that he got his card today and that he was sorry he said he has been ripped off of over $300 cards the last month and didnt "mean" to file a paypal claim he did leave me positive feedback but I still have a sour taste in my mouth.
