Extreme Makeover: NHL Edition (maple leafs)

    Instant Replay by Ian Kennedy

I can’t believe I’m about to say this. My gag reflex is choking me as I type and my fingers feel tense. Maybe if I don’t actually say it aloud, it won’t come true. Here goes: the Toronto Maple Leafs might actually challenge for a playoff position next year.

lol so much Leaf hate. Its nice to see that for once the Leafs may be on the right track with the team and management.

Well I hope the buds do make the playoffs but with the division their in and no real major change in terms of high profile skilled players or even a marquee centre its a stretch to think they'll land the 8th spot, yes they got tougher but they still have knowbody to pot 35+goals or even a team captain? unless Burke makes a majour trade to have at least 3 solid lines I'd say sadly the leafs will be watching the playoffs next season.
