NEED HELP!! Dealing With PAYPAL...
So.. the guy who bought my iversons decides to open a paypal dispute since he lives in HUNGARY....... And i guess he expected the cards to be there in 3 days..............
i have entered the Usps Registered Mail Tracking Number In The Dispute but my account is still in the negative... how do i get paypal to GIVE MY MONEY BACK TO ME!? i clearly have the registered number and it shows that i have sent!!!
this is really making me mad, now he isnt writing back AT ALL...
someone please help me out, im beggining to NOT trust this guy. i mean ive asked him plenty of times to CLOSE this dispute, and that his cards are on the way, but he still hasnt wrote back...

A. I learned never ship out of U.S. or Canada, but that doesn't matter now.
Have you tried to call paypal. I had that kind of problem once. It is alot easier to get them to understand when you call them.

everytime (twice) someone has done that to me i call paypal directly and talk to a human being and explain what happened, and i get things done that way, hope that helps Cam.

go to the contact us icon. it will give you the phone number and a 4 digit pin you have to put in when you call. the pin pulls your account up for them automatically. Good luck!!

correct,^^^^^ and if i remember correctly the pin only lasts for a certian ammount of time.

aslong as he isn't responding in paypal dispute you get your cash back, someone in the phillipines did this to me but idiot didn't respond in paypal so in 10 days I got my cash

thats why anything of value that goes out of the country is $30 for express mail international with tracking, and that usually eliminates the scam artists.
