    It looks like part of the top is cut off though...maybe it's just the way those old cards were but it you can only see like half of his hat...

    I wouldn't get it graded unless you want to sell it.

    If it's a PC card, who cares what the condition it is in, getting it graded wont make it better.

    Plus I wouldn't trust the USPS with a card that special unless you wanted to sell it
