    Needed help woth info on a card

    I just picked up this card it is a 89 topps but it was made by R&H China Co it seems to be made out of ceramic or china. It is a heavy card this on is of Mark McGwire card #70. Anyone have any info on this card..oh yeah it has a limited ed # on the bottom
