orange beach alabama
As some of you know I just got back from orange beach,alabama.
Well I learned something , never judge a condo by the pictures online.
My friend booked our room and said it was nice and had the following.
online said it has:
pool
on the beach
a kitchen table
clean sheets
one story floor
pots and pans
a sofa bed
a grill
we get there after driveing 5 hours and it has NONE of those things and on the 2nd floor the carpet is soaked from the hot water heater which is next to the bed.
All the furniture felt wet.
We stayed on the beach %99.9 of the time.
Never judge by pictures online.
I will be calling for a refund today, wish me luck.

Where did you stay? Next time stay at one of the Pheonix'. They're great. Orange Beach is the best kept secret in the South.

Sorry to hear it, hope you're able to get a partial refund at least. It's always a gamble shopping online, but there's not much other choice with some things. I know that had to be a big disappointment, but hope you were able to enjoy your vacation anyway!

We stayed at The grand Caribbean , Will never stay there again. paid around 700 to stay for 3 nights.
Yeah I will get money back one way or another.
lots of people know of orange beach (there was 1000's of people on the beach)

Way more people drive an extra 30 mins to FL. Orange Beach is nowhere near as popular (Thank God)

Why did you staty there in the first place???? YOu had to complained that same night when you arriveed. If it was me, I would not give you the refund because u stayed the whole 3 days without complainng. It's like eating a meal and then say I am not going to pay for it because I didn't like it....Unless u did complain and didn't put it in the fisrt post

I called any complained when I got there but They said to call back next week when the owner is there.
I didnt choose the place to stay, My friend booked it.
To add to all this there was also dirty underwear upstairs from the people before us.
Then we went to play putt putt and there was a huge rat that ran infront of us.
I think the beach is a no no for me
