    Non-Paying Bidder Issue?

So I sold a card a week ago. Today marks one week from the ending of the auction. In my listing, I specifically stated that payment is expected within seven (7) days of the end of the auction. I contacted the high bidder about halfway through the time limit, and again last night. No response either time.

Do bidders have to abide by the time limit stated in the listing, or do they have until 10 days as stated under eBay rules?

I seem to remember that bidders have to abide by a time limit if one is stated in the particular listing, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Does anyone have a relatively concrete answer, or an experience with waiting until eBay's 10 day rule as opposed to a time limit you stated in your auction?

    Appreciate any information, thanks.

I believe ebay's standard is 7 days after the auction ends before you are allowed to issue a non paying bidder strike. It allows you 7-45 days to do it. I actually went through that last week, and as soon as I issued the strike the buyer paid. hope this helps

    Actually its 14 days minimum.

At 7 days you can file the non paying bidder dispute and after that 7 days you can file a fvf.
