    Thoughts on Panini

well, i just wanted to that i've recently had my 1st experience with the company once known as Donruss, now the Panini brand..

In April i sent in a damaged 08 LCM Darren Mcfadden Certified Potential auto/50, of course as i expected they did not have the same card for replacement. So naturally i was a bit worried about what kinda replacement i'd get as i've heard some bad stories, well yesterday i received an email notifying me that my replacement was in the mail, so i checked the donruss/panini website, and was pretty happy to see they listed what was included in my replacement package..which was...

2009 Prestige Knowshon Moreno Nfl Draft patch/auto/100
    + they're adding 3 packs of 08 LCM

I think thats more than an adequate replacement, thanks alot Panini!

From what i've also seen is alot of good things about them. Just from the limited time that they have taken over they seem to be taking care of the collector better than any other company IMO

I've not been impressed with the card thus far, but their customer service does seem pretty good from what I've heard. Nice replacement!

I think they are doing a great job with customer service so far. Their cards, to me, are as good as they were last year, which is good. I always liked Donruss cards, so I think they are doing a great job!

Donruss was decent with customer service but since Panini took over they've stepped it up. Seems like redemption's are not taking as long either.

Panini has been amazing on the customer service front. They keep running contests on facebook and I managed to win a free box of americana while my friends won a sign pic of aaron curry and Ramsey Barden. I'm a big fan and it looks like their heading in the right direction.

Panini has been pretty solid. The Score design was pretty bad, and Leaf R&S looks to be pretty bad as well. The hits are still great though, the Classics design was the best its ever been, and as others have said, the customer service has greatly improved. Overall thumbs up.

I'd say that's a fair replacement. I'd rather have the Moreno personally. lol
