Blackhawks in trouble with the NHL...........AGAIN?

If the NHL investigates the Hawks, maybe they should do the same with Detroit (Zetterberg/Franzen) and Philly (Pronger).

the nhl already ruled that if pronger retires before the contracts up they"ll still be on the hook for his contract(against the cap). something to do with the age at which he signed the deal, not when it kicks in. very strange stuff in the cba. not as easy to understand as the nfls cap.

It looks like teams are getting crafty with contracts to fit in these high players....All within the rules but able to get the best of the CBA......It reminds me of RFA....

unwritten rule is not to go after other teams RFAs...not against the rules but an unwritten rule....

These contracts are also within the rules but are heavy in the beginning and probably known that they will retire before the end of the contract but it levels out the cap hit and if they retire, the team doesnt get hit for the tail end of the contract....Crafty!
