Yeah, hopefully I send it to him when someone buys it! Just kidding but considering he hasn't even paid for it yet its kind of deceptive. I still have the card...
I have no problem with him flipping the card, but he should at least pay for it before re-listing it!

Thats really messed up that they didnt pay for it yet but put it up. You are definitely not allowed to do that. Maybe they do not have the money to pay so they have to sell it first to get the money to pay you.

I just emailed ebay...not sure if its a violation or if they even care...final value fees on the same item twice is just more money for them....

Just an update...the buyer responded by telling me he planned to rip the card himself and just listed it in the meantime...
He finally paid today...
