honestly dont know about customs. his policy is free atlantic league, fee for mlb. I imagine if its an mlb custom item, it will cost you. he's very strict. I paid $25 for his graph and he wouldnt even put "HOF" on it with paying more $$$. my thought was $25 is cheap for a hall of famer, so i paid it.
