In 06-07 and this year, UD has given out cards to local card shops. These cards are meant to be given out to customers, free of charge, who purchase UD products. The UD news release for the 08/09 program is here:
    http://sports.upperdeck.com/hockey/a....aspx?aid=4988

It comes from the "Biography of a Season" Insert set.

    Upper Deck Checklist: http://sports.upperdeck.com/collecto...?q=6&sid=45310

Most of the stores who received these cards ended up with extra inventory. They now sell them on eBay for 1$ + s/h. Still, if you can't get one at a store near your and can't find someone who has one for trade, $3.50 might be the cheapest you need to spend to get it through eBay, despite what Ray33 said. Remember, he thinks 300 base is a deal at 50$ DLVD.

    Cheers,
    reoddai
