Help Me Out!!! Is This a 1/1???

    Hey guys,

I'm wondering if this card is a 1/1. The person who gave me this told me that it was a 1/1 because only one of them actually have a silver foil on the side.

Here are the picks of the card.

It is slightly bigger than a regular card

It doesn't say it is a 1/1, but supposedly it is according to a friend

I'm not sure where exactly he got his information from though, I thought this would help me out.

It looks like an error card more than anything. The regular cards from the 1996 Topps Laser set were die-cutted on that left side. Then again if its the only error in existence, I suppose it could unofficially be a 1/1, being the only one of it's kind. But who knows how many more made it out to the market.

That's the first I've ever seen of a card looking like that. The rest I've seen before are die-cutted. Looks like you possess a unique error card there. The regular cards would be die-cutted on the left or right side like so:
