    never buy looses packs off ebay. But if you're talking about boxes and importantly Canadian sellers (to avoid custom fees), I've had nice luck with "quecandistribution"


    and I've heard good things about "grossistesk"

    I buy all my boxes through Ebay from Quecandistribution. They ship fast, even to the Netherlands. I pulled some great cards from their boxes like future watch auto patches and Ice premieres auto patches. So I will stick with them.
