ok....I have a few questions:

1. First, if this is a true contest, no one should have to pay anything (cash, CC, etc)

What you are basically doing is getting of your " star commons" - even if the players may be Jerry Rice or Kobe Bryant (unless you are putting in their RC, or their GU/AU cards) .... disguising it as a contest, and getting 50 cc in return for 10 cards

Furthermore, if the cards come in non-mint condition, folks can't complain - after all, this is a contest, and you never did say if the cards were mint or not.

2. did you get permission from a Mod to run this type of contest?
If so, which one was it


You have attempted to do a similar contest in the past, and at that time, you didn't ask a Mod; I believe we also shut down that contest.

We Mods almost always approve contests, as long as you are giving away cards, without making anyone pay in any manner!!

I strongly advise that you send the winner his/her 10 cards, and NOT make him/her pay the 50 cc....
