Yeah I'm getting my money back. He sent me a message saying I will not be recciving lisa or anything similar to that card. and I took pictures of the ebay auction and told him if IDidn't get that card which it states I will I'll throw an E-Fit. He returned my money ;)

While its the sellers fault, it is just as much or more so you the buyers fault
Gotta know what exactly you are buying. I personally wouldn't buy something unless I knew for sure it was legit

If this was indeed an authentic logoman of Lisa it would be worth four digits! She is one of the greatest female basketball players ever and her stuff is pretty expensive. Heck if a manufactured patch /250 sells for $50 imagine what an authentic logoman patch would sell for, lol.
