    2003-04 SPX Redemptions?

Anyone know if 03/04 SPX had much, if any redemption's? I've been thinking of getting a box or two to roll the dice for a DWade or LeBron, but don't want to get bit by the redemption monkey

I tried doing some online searches but wasn't able to find anything useful.

if im correct and hopefully someone can quote it, i dont believe there was any redemption's for the base set auto/jsy rookies (lebron/Wade/Melo/Bosh) and it dont say anything in the book about being an EXCH which it normally states if it was a redemption.

Well I went ahead and picked up 2 boxes... I'm a little skeptical though about opening them.

Both boxes have the UD shrink wrap, but 1 box has a 'seal' (clear round tape essentially) on the box under the wrap, and the other doesn't. The boxes don't *look* to have been previously opened, but one box having a seal and one not, does worry me a bit.

Anyone know if that was an issue on some of the old SPX boxes by chance? I don't want to deal with disputing but I also don't want to open boxes that aren't truly sealed.

Care to elaborate on what you mean?

Everything looks in tact, but it's very odd that one box has a round seal on the front and the other doesn't. There is also no signs there was anything on the box without the 'seal'.

i beleive what Glebe is trying to say is since your saying 1 has a Seal under the wrap (basically were you open it) and the other dont, he was referring to if it was tampered then you would see some kind of Residue or Some sort of tampering with the seal in order to make it look like there was never one, the only way to feel somewhat relieved is if the Boxes have the UD Wrap on it not just clear and not sure if those came with a hologram but check all that just in case.
