Looking at them closely and the Cup one is a little different and we know that it is not a fake, so that Ultimate one could easily be a fake.

Why is every nice patch in the hobby fake
Seriously I'm so sick of seeing all these threads about fake patches. Everytime someone finds a nice patch, it's fake

i have never seen a patch personally like that from UD. I understand what you are saying but the chance of this being real is hard to believe. Plus i think people post threads about fake patches to warn others. No one like to see someone get ripped.
