    Question about Paypal

Has anybody else noticed that they are now charging a fee to send money as a gift. I just had to pay a fee to send as a gift

It depends on what type of account you have I believe. There's different types of paypal accounts when you first sign up (Personal, Business etc I think)

Depends on who you send the money too. Take a read.

If you're sending to someone outside of your own country, the person in that country may have to pay to receive the money. Typically, if you're in CAN and sending to the US, the US recipient has to pay 1%. Same if the situation is reversed. Paypal allows for the sender to pay the fee, but its not mandatory.

    Cheers,
