still didnt get here I emailed the seller about it yesterday and I have not heard anything back from them. I emailed them again tonight and advised if I dont hear back I will have no other choice but to file a claim. This item was paid for on 8/7!

Two weeks already? If they aren't repsonding to your messages, file the claim.. thats ridiculous.

Seller just wrote me a message on ebay after I have filed the dispute with this response:

"hi,just got your email.i just sent the card regular mail because it didnt go off that hi.i can send you a refund or we can wait a few more days and see if it comes.what do you want to do.thanks sorry for the problem it is my falt."

obviously with grammar and spelling issues but what do you guys think?

Wasn't that long to file a claim. Only been two weeks. I won a Gehrig 4/4 for 259 DLVD and paid an extra 15.00 for insurance and priority and all that stuff and haven't received it yet. He barely responds too. So, who knows

well the whole thing was shady because it was listed twice if you look at the first page. They listed it on an earlier date and said the buyer backed out. Now they claimed they shipped it on 8/14 from West Virginia which is not that far at all from me in KY Mapquest says it is Total Travel Estimates: 4 hours 55 minutes / 288.28 miles there is no reason at all it is not here yet.

**********UPDATE*********: I still have not received this card. The seller claims they shipped it on 8/14 from West Virginia and I only live in Kentucky. This card should have definitely been here by now. It is now 8/21/2009.

If you didn't make dispute at paypal, do that.

And you can know what seller will response.
(In this case, most of seller response.)

Even If seller doesn't response anything even you up to dispute.
(after 4-5 days), go to claim.

But some sellers abuse that deadline.

So if you spent around 3-5 days, go to claim.



It's not abuse if you do like that.

Because you just want to get card or money(If it might be inevitable.)

And up to claim can seller's response about deal.


So if you up to claim without any response, it means seller has any intend to deal with you.
