Paypal confusion need input

Ok so I buy this card that is /199 and i get it ITM today after like 2 weeks. i get about 5-6 extra cards with but when the card is looked over its /299. I email seller and say that to me /299 and /199 is a big difference to me and it is. he says its not that big of a deal and he sent extra cards and taht i should leave him great feedback. I just dont think thats right. he has 100% and I dont want to leave neg but I would like a refund somehow. I have opened it and now would have to pay to ship them back. what is the best thing I can do? he has already left me positive feedback?

i know you dont wanna come off as a bad guy, but the only way to get sellers' attention anymore is to threaten with a neg. ive done it a few times, but never left it because i hate leaving negs, but i still get a refund or whatever

but im only getting $3 back because of return shipping? thats all i can do right. and its only right to return all cards included even the extras.

It's hard to see the number if i made a mistake my fault not trying to fool anyone. I don't think the value is that much difference.
Given the fact you got the card at low cost(i paid full bv) and the additional cards i think you can say you got your moneys worth. I hope that you will bid again on my auctions and feel that this is worth the 5 stars as i have given you.

Talk to PayPal. Tell them your side. You want a refund because its not the card you paid for. Make sure to tell them about the extra cards that you did not ask for and don't want to pay to ship back. The seller knew that he was at fault and thats why he added the extra cards. Instead of sending the extra cards he should have told you about the mistake in the first place.
