Ty Conklin card
I have this ty conklin card from the 2004 heads up series. It has this strip across it that is sparkling and says retail LTD. is this supposed to be on the card.

I believe that that is a parallel to the base card.

I have some of those and I think it is just be indicate retail pack so I figure that they are suposed to be there I cant see where it would peel off

That was a short printed parallel. There was also a Hobby LTD parallel, too. They did the same thing for the regular Pacific set as well. Retail LTD were inserted 1:2 packs and not as rare as the Hobby LTD which were #'d to 250
