Fake by a longshot. Even if it had a shot at being legit, it has taken over three years for one to surface. the seller might not have been the faker though. if you check out his other auctions, he has several highend exquisite and sp auto/patches that have more common patches. i'd stay away

actually i think it is real, this guy was on beckett and he send pictures to Upper deck on this set and they said which ones were fake and which were real!
I might grab it:)

imma say real as well, its a patch from a throw back, which alot a players worn for those cards

Not sure about the patch, but as another member stated he was on another board last year. I remember the ebay name. So if this is indeed a fake patch I wouldn't put it on him that he is the faker.
I believe this is the same guy that on that other board showed pictures of his man room. And pretty much had actuall card store display cases is this room with lots of unoped spa boxes from every year since the first etc....

Im gonna say it is real. Alot of the spa's use throwbacks, especially in 2006. Deangelo williams wore a throwback too i think for some of his.
