Hello All!
Hello All, I am a new member here and am just getting into seeling baseball cards. I know this has probabaly been asked a thousand time, but I couldnt find any threads answering my particular question.
1. I know I have to get the pricfes of my cards by buying a beckett online, so does anybody know the cheapest becket online to purchase from, I probably only need it a month, that's it.
2. And when I find out the prices, how exactly do I sell the cards here, do I list them each and individually under new topic threads, which would take up too much space and probably **** people off.
3. AND, I am just in the market to SELL my cards, not trade them... how exacly do I make money on here? Or is it something like virtual cash, which I am not into. I want something like ebay, but for free. :)
Well, just wanted to say hi, and I hope someone can answer my questions, thanks!

Welcome to SCF. I would advise that you post all the cards you have for sale in one thread. By doing that you take up less space on the boards and have fewer threads to track. You'll find out quickly that Beckett BV doesn't mean a lot to many people here on SCF (especially in terms of selling). In fact, the mods here are working on our own online price guide (available to VIP members). You can check out a preview here at www.sportscardforum.com/opg. The values of this guide are gathered by Tuff Stuff BV, as well as completed sales on eBay, thereby giving you a better idea on the realistic value of a card. You can make money here simply by posting what you have for sale in the appropriate sell thread. The only "virtual cash" we have here is called card cash. It isn't very popular but it can be used to buy and bid on cards in card cash auctions. You may also sell any card cash you acquire. Since you are looking to sell I feel I should mention that cash auctions are not allowed on this site.
If you have other questions please PM me.Last edited by Jeremy_Falcons; 08-09-2009 at 10:50 PM.

There's a pretty big difference in card cash compared to selling cards in the forums.
card cash:

I personally haven't been in to card cash all that much. I've received a little here and there. Some guys on here have huge amounts of card cash.
As far as selling cards, please follow these rules and you'll be fine:

Hope this helps!
