From what I have read he wasn't close w/ her. There was an incident a while back where she was using his image to sell something and he was not happy about it.

Yes I heard that too. Wasn't very close to his mother.

Close or not, I'm sure he is upset and will miss her. My thoughts go out to Drew and his family.

At times losing someone that immediate in your family that you have not been close with can be even more disturbing. It brings to the forefront all of the wasted years spent in anger with each other. Thoughts to all his family during this time. Close or not, it was still his mother and I'm sure there are many good memories at this time and not the bad ones.
