Important Don Larsen TTM Question!!!
So here's the story-
A few years ago a new field was opened in my town. The field was named after Don Larsen and Don Larsen came to the "Grand Opening" of the field. It was very cold out that day, but he still came and he made a speech as well. I was able to get a picture with him, but he would not sign any autographs. Ever since that day i have wanted to get the picture of me and him signed. I was wondering if he would sign the picture for free being that he usually signs cards for ($7). Do you think he would sign the picture for free if i send it to him?
Also, do you think he would sign a 1959 Topps card for free?

Cruiser,
I don't think Larsen is a "freebie" guy anymore. I only see TTMs from him where people have sent $10. Then again, if you include your SASE, what do you have to loose? Of course, I would make a copy of the picture before I would send it to him with no $$$$...

Just be sure that it is Don and not Dan that you mail to! I sent to the wrong guy a few years back and Dan was nice enough to tell me and enclosed a signed 4x6!
