    Real grades?

    So Walmart has these boxes u can buy that gurantee i get a graded card out of the box. So i got three boxes. So my question is.... are these like real graded cards? are they worth more?

    They look real, but BCCG is a lower-end grading service. They're basically the cheap, more lenient version of BGS. If you watch eBay auctions, BCCG cards don't bring anywhere near the premium that BGS and PSA do most of the time.

    And another reason you can get them at Wal-Mart is people usually aren't going to pay that much for graded base cards, especially from lower end sets like Topps and Score.

    Always nice to pull a PC hit from them though, that Kane looks nice.

    Rule of thumb - A BCCG card in a 10 is about the as a BGS 8
    A BCCG card in a 9 is about the as a BGS 7
    A BCCG card in a 8 is about the as a BGS 6
    A BCCG card in a 7 is about the as a BGS 5
    A BCCG card in a 6 is about the as a BGS 4
    well you get it about 2 grades lower but many people will not buy any BCCG at all (maybe a 10). But most E-Bay-er try to sell or list them (BCCG 10) as full price PMS 10s. NOT THE SAME THING.
