    need some opinions

well on another site i sold my crabtree auto $40 dlvd last one on the bay went $47 dlvd. card was in great shape went it left. guy got it and said theres a holes next to the sticker and finger prints on the card. i`m 100% sure theres no indent and if theres finger prints it can only be 1 on the front 1 on the back from me putting it into a case. guy is a good member and i just can`t help but thinking this has 2 do with crabtree holding out and all. i look at my cards when they come in and treat them well so i know it wasn`t damaged in anyway when it left here. and hes saying its a very small holes right above the sticker. UPDATE HERES THE SCANS NO FINGER PRINTS OR DAMAGE A.K.A HOLES!!!! THAT I CAN SEE ANYWHERE

sounds like something that happened to me on ebay. I sent some books out in great condition he gets them and says they were really damaged. get them back and no damage at all, same way i sent it. Probably buyers remorse and he wants his money back. just my 2 cents.

I agree Ricky with your opinions on why. Pretty simple have him send you scans with what he sees. He can highlight it using photbucket in like 6 seconds or less

When I work disputes and someone claims damage that the other person thinks wasn't there I ask for hi-res scans to see the damage.

UPDATE-Guy does not have a scanner. I hate to be the bad guy here but I don`t think I`ve done anything wrong and don`t think I should have to refund anything. I have provided scans- posted in all the mods threads about the issue.I just hate to belive that if Crabtree was in camp tearing it up this wouldn`t be a issue. I told him to list it on ebay.I will pay the listing fees and ebay charges which I think is more than fair. [ASLO NOW THE FINGER PRINTS TURNED TO SMUDGES BUT NOW ITS NOT A BIG DEAL] It just sucks becouse I don`t know the guy but he`s a good trader. Well we`ll see how it goes.
