Looking for the best book value to dollar ratio deal. Mainly interested in #'d inserts/ Refractors and Parrallels. Not needing any game used.

Hey guys. I appreciate the offers but I am mainly looking to buy one decent group for a customer of mine. If I do it in smaller batches then my profits are going to get cut up by postage and mailing supplies. Basically I am looking for a $40 or so BV lot.
