    Upper Deck CS

    Kinda impressed. Bought a box of Hot Propects a few months ago and one pack was ruined due to the foil press creasing the cards. Noone major, or any inserts, but decided to send them in for replacements. Sent me the cards in great condition, plus a Roy 06-07 SP Auth GU and an 03-04 LeBron insert.

    Be interesting to see if Topps replies to my complaint on the Isiah auto

    That's pretty nice...seems that all companies customer service is either hit or miss...I'm sure they try to help out as best as possible on all cases, but not everything always works out...but, glad it worked out for you this time! Congrats!
