Hurricanes To Participate In NHL Prospects Tournament
RALEIGH, N.C. -
Jason Karmanos, Vice President and Assistant General Manager for the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, announced today that the Hurricanes will participate in the 2009 NHL Prospects Tournament from Sept. 6-10, in Traverse City, MI. This marks Carolina’s first entry in the annual tournament, hosted by the Detroit Red Wings, and the Hurricanes’ first entry into any rookie tournament since 2005.
